Return and Refund Policy for Morrissey Blinds and Interiors

Thank you for shopping at Morrissey Blinds and Interiors. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns on furniture within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@morrisseybi.com.au with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@morrisseybi.com.au with your order number and details about the product. We will arrange for the exchange and provide instructions for the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items for Custom-Made Items

Kindly be aware that orders for custom-made furniture, curtains, or blinds are considered irrevocable and, therefore, do not meet the criteria for return options.

5. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@morrisseybi.com.au
